Graco recently introduced the DC12, a new high-volume metering system that sets a higher standard for performance, reliability and accuracy. Built to dispense large amounts of adhesive and tooling paste materials, this system is ideal for applications in the wind-energy market. The DC12 features Graco’s NXT Air Motor Technology, which offers a modular design for easier maintenance.

“The DC12 is the ideal unit for manufacturers of wind turbine blades,” said Doug Brady, product marketing manager, Sealants and Adhesives Equipment, Graco. “This unit marks the beginning of a new generation of high-volume metering systems in the wind-energy market.”

The DC12 features an intuitive and easy-to-use touch panel display, allowing for simple integration into factory processes. The EnGarde ratio monitoring system has optional external flowmeters to offer ratio monitoring independent of the ratio and supply system.
