This company has announced the launch of CRYLCOAT^® E04155 carboxylated polyester resin for use with Primid XL-552 in the production of powder coatings.

This polyester resin is designed for use in HAA powder coatings at a 93/7 ratio. Formulations based on this product can be cured at 160ºC for 10 minutes and 150ºC for 15 minutes (cure schedules based on object temperature). CRYLCOAT E04155 is designed for outdoor durable Primid powder coatings that can cure below 170°C. The product is intended for use with hydroxylakyl amide crosslinkers such as Primid XL-552. This resin demonstrates excellent flexibility with good weathering and chemical resistance.
