The newly established venture will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Ellsworth Corp. and will operate a sales office and warehouse in Sao Paulo, Brazil, providing adhesives, sealants, coatings, encapsulants, tapes, dispensing equipment and UV- and LED-curing equipment to the growing automotive, electronic, medical, and industrial markets in the Latin American marketplace.
