Henkel, the maker of well-known brands like Dial®, Loctite®, Purex®, Dep® and Duck® brand, recently launched the Henkel Innovation Trophy competition. In instituting this new, global innovation initiative, Henkel invites all independent inventors to submit their creative ideas for an opportunity to be reviewed and evaluated by Henkel. The initiative is aimed at independent inventors wishing to submit ideas that are the subject of published patent applications or patents already granted relating to appropriate products and processes. Registrants can complete an online form at the Henkel website at www.innovation.henkel.com or www.dialcorp.com . Each submitted idea will be carefully examined by a specially convened committee comprised of internal and external experts to determine the extent to which it suits the Henkel business mix, how innovative it is, and what sort of market potential it offers.
