SAVE THE DATE: Webinar
"The Value in Use Analysis Approach to Product Marketing"
Feb. 16, 11:00 a.m. EST
Presented by Jose Briones, director of Business Development, ezCollaborator.com

Determining the value of a new product in the marketplace is one of the most pressing issues a commercial manager faces today. This webinar will present a new approach to mapping the value space for a product or service called the "Value Box." This tool combines conventional value approaches like cost-plus with more sophisticated methods like cost-in-use and value-in-use. The Value Box allows commercial managers to properly define marketing strategy and communicate it to his/her team and management. Examples relevant to the adhesive industry will be examined, and marketing research methods to determine the value-in-use of a product will also be discussed.

Dr. Jose A. Briones is currently the director of Business Development at ezCollaborator.com . Briones has 18 years of technical and commercial experience in the chemical industry, holding marketing, innovation, sales, engineering, and research positions with Celanese, Air Products and Chemicals, Elf Atochem, and Reichhold Chemicals. He holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Clemson University and is a graduate of the Business Administration Program at Wharton Business School.
