FOCUS ON: EFD 2K AIR FREE SYSTEM
Nordson EFD's new 2K air free system is a fast, convenient and cost-effective way to install the new TAH air free AF pistons in newly designed 50 mL side x side cartridges. The air free piston virtually eliminates trapped air, and the design does not require a shim to bleed the air or a secondary step to insert a center bleed plug. The new 50 mL cartridge design features separated bores that are more concentric and provide increased strength during the dispensing process. An optional kit for the piston inserter machine is available for use with either 50mL or 200mL cartridges.
