FOCUS ON: Union Tool Hot Melt Roller Coaters
The Union Tool Corporation offers hot melt roller coaters to cover applications from 6" to 120". These hot melt roller coaters can use hot melt adhesives (PUR, PSA, EVA) as easily as water-based adhesives and can be applied to a variety of substrates including wood, foam, plastic and steel. Perfect for table and counter tops, office partitions, door panels, entry and garage doors, RV wall, ceiling and floor panels. The unique heated roll design ensures a consistent, precision-controlled adhesive temperature and hot oil heater located under the coating area saves valuable floor space.
