ST. LOUIS – Aaron S. Dennis, former president of Dennis Chemical Co., a St. Louis-based manufacturer of adhesives, elastomers and coatings, died June 24 after a long illness. He was 62 years old.
Dennis was president of the company from 1978 until the company was sold last year to Geon Co. The company is now called The Geon Co.-St. Louis. The business was started by Dennis’ father, Israel, and uncle, Sidney.
Dennis Chemical Co. won numerous awards for product quality and safety, and a company representative said Aaron Dennis was known for his devotion to employees, whom he regarded as family.
