HOUSTON — NACE International, The Corrosion Society, will present a technical symposium offering solutions for managing corrosion with plastics at CORROSION/2000, the organization’s 55th Annual Conference and Exhibition in Orlando, Fla., March 26-31, 2000.

The symposium will address how advanced materials can prevent corrosion in a variety of industrial applications, including chemical processing, pulp and paper, coatings and linings, and storage tanks. Speakers will present technical information about the attributes of thermoset resins and thermoplastics, and will discuss the latest technologies for dealing with important corrosion issues.
