Sovereign Specialty Chemicals announced the acquisition of the adhesives business of Croda International Plc.

CHICAGO – Sovereign Specialty Chemicals, Inc., announced the acquisition of the adhesives business of Croda International Plc. (U.K.) for an initial purchase price of approximately $60 million.
