HOPEWELL JUNCTION, N.Y. -- The Second International Symposium on Adhesives: Synthesis, Characterization and Applications will be held December 11-13, 2002, at the Grosvenor Resort Hotel in Orlando, Fla. The symposium is organized under the direction of Dr. K.L. Mittal, editor, Journal of Adhesion Science and Technology, by MST Conferences, LLC.

The purpose of this symposium is to provide a forum for discussion of various ramifications of the myriad of adhesive formulations now available. Topics of interest include chemistry, synthesis and characterization of adhesive formulations, and interfacial aspects. The technical program will contain both invited overviews and contributed original research papers.

Those interested in presenting a paper should notify the conference chairman and provide a 200-word abstract by July 15, 2002. Contact Dr. Robert H. Lacombe at 845-226-1393, or e-mail rhl@mstconf.com.
