Chuck Quinby, a long-time executive at InteliCoat Technologies®, South Hadley, MA, has been appointed Business Development manager for Conductive Products. Since joining InteliCoat more than 20 years ago, Quinby has worked in a range of technical and operational positions. IPC NAMES BENDER MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR

IPC - Association Connection Electronics Industries, Bannockburn, IL, has added Neal Bender to its staff as a membership director responsible for developing, implementing and directing IPC's membership recruitment and retention programs.
