DOW AUTOMOTIVE NAMES ROGOWSKI HEAD OF FORD TEAM

Dow Automotive, Auburn Hills, MI, has named Bob Rogowski executive director of its Ford Business Unit. Rogowski is responsible for leading all customer initiatives at Ford Motor Co., and replaces Bill Blank, who recently accepted the role of vice president of Sales for North America.

DOW CHEMICAL ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP APPOINTMENTS

The Dow Chemical Co., Midland, MI, has announced the appointment of Flavio Terruzzi to the position of business vice president for Specialty Plastics and Elastomers. Terruzzi most recently served as president and CEO or Equipolymers BV, a joint venture between Dow and Petrochemical Industry Corp. (PIC), Kuwait. Carol Dudley has been named vice president of Business Development for Market Facing Units in the Performance Plastics and Chemicals portfolio. Dudley's last role with the company was vice president of Research & Development for Hydrocarbons & Energy, Chemicals & Intermediates and Core (Corporate R&D).

HENKEL NAMES AVIALL AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR OF AEROSPACE PRODUCTS IN U.S.

Henkel Corp., Bay Point, CA, and Aviall Inc., Memphis, TN, have reached an agreement that will make Aviall an authorized distributor of Henkel aerospace products in the United States. Aviall began marketing and distributing Henkel products primarily to maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) operations on December 1.

MIXPAC NAMES TURNER HEAD OF ENGINEERING APPLICATIONS

MIXPAC Equipment Inc., Salem, NH, has hired Hayden Turner as head of Engineering Applications. In his new position, Turner is responsible for providing customers with enhanced technologies for applying dual-component reactive resins. SHIMADZU ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH ION SIGNATURE INC.

Shimadzu Scientific Instruments Inc., Columbia, MD, recently announced that it has entered into a partnership with Ion Signature Inc. to provide Shimadzu's GC/MS users with the benefits of IST's new mass spectrometry software, IST for GC/MS™.
