Jaygo Sigma-Blade mixers are
available in sizes from ¼-gal to 1,000-gal and offer the following features: an
ASME coded jacket; tilt discharge; cored blades of various designs; and a new
drive design. An optional high-torque drive system is available, monitored by a
PLC unit that can also control the safety functions and instrumentation of the
mixer.
The units come standard with
single-speed blades. The mixer normally includes a jacket for heating and
cooling, and is also designed for working under vacuum. The unit is constructed
of carbon or stainless steel, and features a compact design.
