H.B. Fuller Completes Revertex Finewaters Acquisition

H.B. Fuller Co. has completed the acquisition of Revertex Finewaters Sdn Bhd in Malaysia from Revertex (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

Revertex Finewaters is a leading supplier of adhesives in Malaysia, with an export network that spans throughout Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam and Singapore. The company currently employs 104 people and operates one manufacturing facility. In 2009, its net revenue was approximately $18 million.

H.B. Fuller announced its intention to acquire the industrial adhesives business in March. The results of this business will be included in the company's Asia Pacific operating segment going forward.
