The largest segment of the market, waterborne adhesives, is expected to reach $18.8 billion in 2015, after increasing at a CAGR of 5.6% from the estimated 2010 value of $14.3 billion. The second-largest segment, hardening sealants, is projected to increase from an estimated $8.8 billion in 2010 to $10.7 billion in 2015, for a CAGR of 4.1%. Solventborne adhesives, the third-largest segment, is projected to increase from an estimated $6.9 billion in 2010 to $8.5 billion in 2015, for a CAGR of 4.4%.
