The Supervisory Board of LANXESS AG has agreed to revoke the contract of Matthias Zachert, member of the Board of Management and chief financial officer, effective March 31, as per his request. Bernhard Düttmann, Ph.D., previously a member of the Board of Management and chief financial officer of Beiersdorf AG, has been appointed member of the Board of Management and chief financial officer of LANXESS AG as of April 1.
