Delzell was elected to the Board in a special election to fill the term of Bill Campbell, president of Bostik, who will be assuming a new position within the TOTAL group effective July 1.

The Adhesive and Sealant Council (ASC) recently announced that Gary Delzell, director of Supply Management at Bostik Inc., was unanimously elected to join the council’s Board of Directors. Delzell was elected to the Board in a special election to fill the term of Bill Campbell, president of Bostik, who will be assuming a new position within the TOTAL group effective July 1.

Delzell has spent 35 years at Bostik in a variety of positions, including oversight of global manufacturing, quality control, regulatory and supply management. He served on the council board from 2002 to 2008, when he participated in programs such as the Grow the Industry Campaign and the launch of www.adhesives.org.

“Gary Delzell is a proven leader within the industry and on behalf of the board, we welcome him back to the council leadership as we continue to discuss new and different ways to support the supply chain,” said Matthew E. Croson, ASC president. “Having served on the board previously, Gary brings a unique perspective that allows the council to understand its past while exploring new ways of adding value. We wish Bill well as he rejoins the TOTAL group, and look forward to working with Gary on adding value to the council.”
