Bomar Specialties Inc. recently announced its integration into Dymax Corp. As a result of the integration, Bomar Specialties will transition to Dymax Oligomers & Coatings. 

Dymax Corp. co-founded Bomar Specialties in 1990 and acquired 100% ownership of the company in 2001. The Bomar name will be retained as a Dymax Oligomers & Coatings brand.
