IRPHOTONICS: Curing Equipment

Two new iCure products are now available that can ensure the control and repeatability of assembly processes. The iCure IRT200 Thermo Meter is non-contact infrared sensor designed to measure the temperature of objects based on their emitted infrared energy. It measures the heat and converts it into an electrical signal that is proportional to the surface temperature of the cure zone. Developed to work with the iCure thermal spot curing system, the portable Thermo Meter comprises a power controller and sensor and reportedly offers a fast and accurate method to monitor temperature.

The iCure TCK200 USB Thermocouple Interface Kit reportedly offers a seamless interface kit with the iCure, allowing precise measurements of temperatures using a range of common contact thermocouples. It can be used to calibrate the IRT200 Thermo Meter and to perform process validation in the lab.
