Charron Named Applications Development Head, Bayer MaterialScience

Bayer MaterialScience LLC recently announced it has appointed James Charron head of application development, North America, for its Coatings, Adhesives and Specialties (CAS) business unit. In this role, Charron will lead development activities across CAS technologies in the North America region, and coordinate regional and global application development projects.

Charron joined Bayer in 2000 as a polyether polyol process development scientist and has held several positions in business development. Most recently, he was the head of Thermoplastic Polyurethane Resins, where he was responsible for product management, research and development, and sales and marketing.
