Croda International Plc. recently announced it has completed the acquisition of the Specialty Products business of Arizona Chemical. The acquisition reportedly brings Croda a portfolio of oil gelling polymers, further expanding the company’s footprint in the polymers arena, as well as strengthening its position as a leader in specialty chemicals from renewable resources.
