Hands-on exercises will provide attendees with the techniques, methods and valuable industry know-how they need. In addition, the course will include principles of texture analysis, correlation to sensory perception, texture instrumentation and accessories, and an introduction to TexturePro software. Attendees can bring product samples for testing and discussion.
