H.B. Fuller Co. recently announced that Maria Teresa (Tessa) Hilado was elected as an independent member to its Board of Directors, effective October 1. Her election expands the board to nine directors, eight of whom are independent. Hilado currently serves as senior vice president of Finance and treasurer at PepsiCo. Inc.
