The Gorman-Rupp Co. recently announced it has been named one of the 100 Most Trustworthy Companies in America by Forbes. Each year, GMI Ratings compiles a list of the 100 most trustworthy companies by reviewing more than 8,000 publicly traded companies in America. The companies are ranked based on a series of factors that reflect accounting and governance behaviors over the four quarters of the previous fiscal year.

In the 2014 rankings, Gorman-Rupp achieved an average composite score of 97 out of a possible 100. In addition, Gorman-Rupp is one of only four companies that have appeared on the list three times in the previous seven years. It was previously recognized in 2013, 2012 and 2009.
