AC TECH RECEIVES BOEING'S GOLD PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE AWARD

AC TECH, a Garden Grove, CA-based manufacturer of aerospace chemical products, was recently recognized with a 2008 Boeing Gold Performance Excellence Award.

“It is an honor for AC TECH to be recognized by our long-time partner, Boeing, which sets some of the highest performance benchmarks in the aerospace industry,” said George Barraza, president and CEO. “This award is a testament to our team’s commitment to providing best-in-class products and customer service.”

To be eligible for a Gold Award, Boeing suppliers must achieve 100% on-time delivery and 100% quality acceptance for a 12-month period. Gold Performance Awards were issued to only 86 of Boeing’s approximately 10,000 worldwide suppliers in 2008.

Established in 1997, AC TECH manufactures aircraft sealants and surface treatment products for Boeing, its subcontractors, and aircraft operators. AC TECH provides aerospace chemicals worldwide to commercial, military, general aviation and MRO markets.
