MoreALTANA AG has signed an agreement to acquire Kometra Kunststoff-Modifikatoren und Additiv GmbH. The company produces polymer modifiers used as impact modifiers and adhesion promoters in many applications. The company will be integrated into ALTANA’s BYK Additives & Instruments division.
