In his new role, Nam is responsible for the sales, service and applications engineering operations of Asymtek’s complete line of dispensing and conformal coating products. Applying his 15 years of experience in the electronics engineering and semiconductor equipment industries, Nam will also focus on market development, managing multi-national accounts and overseeing the regions distributor network.
Chang brings over 19 years of extensive working experience in semiconductor engineering and capital equipment sales, most recently at Semiconductor Technologies and Instruments (STI). He is responsible for the sales, service and applications operations in Singapore and Malaysia. Like Nam, Chang’s priority as regional sales manager is to identify new business opportunities that help customers achieve their dispensing goals.
