The non-commercial workshop will feature presentations and hands-on demonstration of conformal coating, jetting, and ultra small dots from both material and equipment perspectives. On Conformal Coating Day, April 27, learn how to best select, cure and apply coating materials. Day two, April 28, Microelectronics & Assembly Day, will address dispensing processes and material considerations for surface mount adhesives, conductive adhesives and silicones. Attendees are encouraged to bring examples of current or planned applications.
