BLACKSBURG, Va. – The Adhesion Society has issued a call for papers for its 23rd Annual Meeting to be held February 20-23, 2000, in Myrtle Beach, S.C. A full program focussed on application of adhesion science to solution of technical problems is planned.

Authors wishing to present either an oral or poster paper should submit a one-page (200- to 300-word) abstract to the Program Chair by September 15, 1999. Authors will be informed of the status of their papers by September 30, 1999. Topics of emphasis include surface modification and analysis, new materials for adhesives and coatings, chemistry and mechanics of interphases, pressure sensitive adhesives, and optical adhesives, to name a few.
