Cincinnati Automation Ltd. introduces its automated inspection machines, designed for precision measuring and gauging parts. The complete turnkey machines include one of Cincinnati's high performance EZVision machine vision systems with camera(s), optics and lighting along with any necessary material handling needed for the customer's specific application. Every system includes the application engineering for lighting, optics, and methodology inspection setup on the customer's part. Mechanical configurations vary but include vision-guided robots, feeder bowls, part positioning tracks, conveyors and laser making.
