MoreCVC Thermoset Specialties, an Emerald Performance Materials company, is expanding its Akron, Ohio, facility, where the Hypro™ reactive liquid polymers (RLPs) are manufactured. The new reactor system has been commissioned and was scheduled to be on line by late October. The company planned the expansion in response to growing double-digit global demand for its specialty epoxy materials.
