Dyneon LLC, a 3M company, and Shandong Dongyue Polymer Material Co. Ltd., a China-based PTFE producer, have agreed to enter into a raw material supply agreement relating to suspension polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) intermediate.

With this move, Dyneon is building on its long-term commitment to the worldwide fluoropolymer market, including the suspension PTFE market. This agreement is expected to provide Dyneon with flexibility for its customers’ growth.

The agreement will also allow Shangdong Dongyue Polymer Material Co. Ltd. to continue to build on its commitment to developing advanced technologies in China, and to strengthen its manufacturing leadership for suspension PTFE intermediate.
