This company announces the release of a new line of single-component, UV- and thermally activated epoxy products. The EMCAST 700 series consists of several products varying in areas of viscosity, Tg, hardness and thermal conductivity. All of the products are 100-percent epoxy systems that contain no monomer or solvents, have no odor, and exhibit extremely low shrinkage and out-gassing upon cure. The dual-cure activity of these systems gives them several advantages over traditional epoxy and UV-cure systems.
