Emerald Kalama Chemical, a division of Emerald Performance Materials LLC, recently announced it has entered into an agreement with CRITERION Representação, Participações e Consultoria Ltda. to support the growth of its K-FLEX® products in South America, with a focus on the Mercosur region.

“Customers in South America are seeking more environmentally friendly, non-phthalate materials that deliver the performance they need, particularly in adhesives and vinyl applications,” said Shamsi Gravel, K-FLEX product line manager. “Emerald Kalama Chemical has focused on building upon our solid infrastructure with recent investments in our technical capabilities and innovative product offerings. This strategy will enable us to meet a broader range of needs in different applications and regions, capitalizing on the anticipated growth opportunities for the K-FLEX platform.”
