The micro-dots are engineered for applications that demand low-profile adhesive solutions and are available in ¼-in. wide and ½-in. wide permanent adhesive patterns, with a thickness of 3-5 mils. The PSAs are reportedly a faster, easier and safer method of substrate-to-substrate bonding. They offer a clean alternative to transfer tape; bond instantly; are safer than hot melts and cleaner than liquid glues; and provide clean cut-off with no residue or waste.
