MoreGraco has added the PR70v variable ratio meter, mix and dispense system to its line of compact benchtop units. The PR70v is built to handle a range of two-component material formulations, and is ideal for potting, gasketing, sealing, encapsulation, and syringe filling. This unit features the Graco Control ArchitectureTM Fluid Control Module (FCM), which is a module that offers a simplified wiring system and board-level diagnostics.
The versatile two-component system is designed for applications using up to 70 cc shot sizes and material ratios from 1:1 to 24:1 with a proven accuracy to + 1%. The MD2 dispense valve on the PR70v dispense system provides accuracy under high pressures. The modular valve features multiple seat styles, an independent air cylinder, adjustable snuff back control and customized material mixing.
The optional Advanced Display Module provides expanded features including recirculation, programmable dispensing (seven unique sequences and up to 50 shot sizes), multiple shot counters, and numeric keypad for easy entry. The versatile PR70v is available with a range of feed package options for agitation, heat and degassing applications.
