Graco Named a Top Workplace

Graco Inc. has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune for the second consecutive year.

Graco Inc. has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune for the second consecutive year. The Top Workplaces section recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on an employee survey focusing on company leadership, communication, career opportunities, workplace environment, managerial skills, pay, and benefits. The analysis included responses from over 60,500 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.

“For the second year in a row, Graco employees are telling us we’re doing some things right,” said David Ahlers, vice president of Human Resources and Corporate Communications. “This recognition is a direct reflection of our employees’ commitment to make Graco a great place to work every day. We’re very proud of this acknowledgment and of our culture of quality and continuous improvement.”

To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 1,200 companies were invited to participate, and rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee surveys.
