H. B. Fuller Names John A. Feenan Chief Financial Officer

H.B. Fuller Company has announced the hiring of John A. Feenan as Chief Financial Officer. Feenan, who succeeds the retiring Raymond Tucker, comes to the company from Jostens Inc., where he served as CFO. He has extensive experience as a CFO and in other key finance and operating roles, including controller, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and general management. Prior to his most recent experience, he also served as CFO at Foamex International, and at Laporte plc for both their North American Operations and Adhesives, Sealants, and Coatings divisions. He holds a bachelor's degree in business and economics from St. Anselm College in Manchester, N.H., and an MBA in finance from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
