HENKEL TECHNOLOGIES UNVEILS NEW CORPORATE IDENTITY

Leveraging its leading electronics materials brands, Henkel Technologies has announced a global initiative to market its industry innovations under a single, comprehensive banner, thus distancing itself from its competition. The strategic move will enable Henkel Technologies to drive increased visibility of its well-known Hysol, Loctite and Multicore products and services, which customers have come to trust for their advanced technology needs. Henkel Technologies, a division of Henkel Corp. (returning over $10 million in sales revenue in fiscal 2003), is a total solution products and services provider supplying compatible materials for the electronics packaging and assembly industries worldwide. Henkel Technologies service the automotive, electronics, aerospace, assembly, maintenance and repair, consumer goods, and packaging industries. Commenting on the consolidated identity, Pat Trippel, president of Henkel Technologies' Electronics division, says, "The Henkel Technologies name better embodies the entire scope of our business and product offerings. Further, it will allow us to fully promote our market-leading products under the brand names that our customers know and trust - Hysol, Loctite and Multicore." Trippel concludes by saying, "The repositioning of the business under the Henkel Technologies banner may be new, but our global commitment to service, value and technology remains unchanged and will never waver."
