Autocan Fluid Extruders from I&J Fisnar Inc. are designed to meter dispense continuous production cycling of medium- to high-viscosity materials straight from the can. The material is pumped under pressure up to 850 lbs. (100 lbs. input pressure) to a high-pressure valve that can be either operator-held by a valve gun or mounted on any I&J Fisnar robot for automatic cycling. Two Material Follower Plates are available for 1 quart and 1 gallon cans. Autocan Fluid Extruders dispense thick pastes, silicones and greases simply and cleanly, providing an air-free and controlled operation utilizing the entire contents of the can.
