INTRAPAC'S HOAGLAND NAMED TO NJPEC PACKAGING HALL OF FAME

Walter Hoagland, IntraPac director of sales for the Plattsburgh, NY facility, was recently inducted into the NJPEC Packaging Hall of Fame. IntraPac is a leading supplier of laminate, plastic laminate, aluminum and tin tubes; coated metered dose inhaler cans; plastic jars, bottles and closers for the pharmaceutical, health, beauty and industrial markets. Manufacturing facilities are located in Virginia, New Jersey, New York and Costa Rica. NJPEC is a long-standing professional organization of packaging executives from both the supplier and user sides of the packaging industry. The group shares concepts and business climate observations as well as raises funds for scholarships. Mr. Hoagland has been a member of NJPEC since 1981, serving in various leadership roles including president in 1998, and currently as Trustee and Historian of the organization. Hoagland has been with IntraPac as director of sales for the Plattsburgh facility since 2002. Previous to his association with IntraPac, he served in sales positions with Owens-Brockway Plastic Products, PVC Container Corp. and various other corporations.
