MIXPAC Equipment Inc. has announced the introduction of its DX dispensing system for applications in the electronics industry. The DX includes a mobile hand-held dispenser with a refill station, providing a versatile and accurate solution for two-component material dispensing in circuit board encapsulation applications.

The MIXPAC DX System offers the ability to dispense a range of ratios for two-component reactive resins.  Multiple hand-held dispensers can quickly be refilled with one DXR refill station.  The refill station utilizes two transfer pumps that feed from five-gallon bulk containers of material, each equipped with follower plates to handle a range of viscosities.  This lightweight, compact system offers a dispensing solution that is mobile, easy to use and easy to maintain.
