Neptune Mixer Company has introduced a new Cap-Mount design to allow easy installation of a standard intermediate bulk-container mixer onto any poly tote bin without the need for custom brackets or fixtures. The Cap-Mount Tote Mixer consists of a Neptune Series HGL (430 RPM) mixer fitted with a bolted-style 316SS bulkhead fitting. The HGL-based unit allows easy, yet thorough, mixing of materials in semi-bulk shipping containers. The Cap-Mount Tote mixer is easily installed on a container with only minimal modification to the plastic tote bin cap (four bolt holes and a shaft clearance hole must be drilled). The cap may also be sent to Neptune for preparation and mounting at no additional charge.
