Saiden Technologies is scheduled to begin construction of a new emulsion polymerization and multicapability compounding facility on January 1.

SANFORD, N.C. – Saiden Technologies, a manufacturer of advanced specialty polymers, adhesives and coatings, is scheduled to begin construction of a new emulsion polymerization and multicapability compounding facility on January 1. The new plant, located in Lee County, N.C., will include production, warehouse and office space, as well as an R&D lab.

Saiden Technologies is a subsidiary of Saiden Chemical, a top Japanese producer of acrylic emulsions to the pressure sensitive polymer, coating and adhesive industries. The new facility will be Saiden’s third in North America.
