DuraBlue 50 adhesive melters offer full feature control for automatic dispensing applications. The melters feature preset speed AC motors with high-output gerotor gear pumps for easy-to-operate, low-maintenance hot melt adhesive application. DuraBlue 25- and 50-liter melters are currently available, with 100-liter sizes available in mid-2004. The release-coated grid and reservoir tank reduce adhesive degradation while maximizing adhesive throughput. The large, accessible tank opening provides for easier filling and cleaning. A graphical-control panel and system-status display simplify programming and operation. A 7-day clock allows automatic daily startup, standby and shutdown. In addition to standard inputs/outputs, there is an option for additional communication protocols. Installation and set-up are made easy with quick connect hoses and guns.
