The new compact Excel 3000TM Powder Spray Booth from Nordson Corp. provides users with the performance capability to meet varying production requirements in a smaller overall footprint. This latest investment in new booth technologies features plug-and-spray technology for quick installation and start-up, a compact booth that allows for faster color change, and a low-base height for easy access.

A number of booth base lengths and system configurations of the Excel 3000 booth are available, including 6-ft, 10-ft and 15-ft bases as standard. Standard locations for all gun and system controls are such that all controls are within quick reach for ease of operation, and in pre-cabled locations for quick and easy installation.

The durable-yet-functional canopy design features a clear copolymer roof for ample light during powder spray application and comes standard with sturdy galvanized wall panels or optional PolyPlus™ wall panels. PolyPlus wall panels provide enhanced light within the spray booth and low attraction of powder to the booth wall surface, allowing for fast and easy color changes. Available in 8,000 CFM, 10,800 CFM and 15,000 CFM versions, in various modular system configurations, the Excel 3000 spray booth allows for flexible location of both automatic and manual gun stations. The low overall height of the booth base allows for easy access during powder spray application and color change, and is available with a standard galvanized floor or an optional stainless steel floor.
