Universal CF nozzles feature an array of 12 air orifices to uniformly distribute pattern air, which stabilizes adhesive patterns for better performance and stronger bonds. Nozzles for elastic reduce overspray, creep and adhesive usage up to 30 percent. A serviceable O-ring provides a positive hydraulic seal, and the recessed conical tip protects against damage. Hard-release coating facilitates cleaning and extends nozzle life. Single-platform modules eliminate the need for application-specific equipment and enable fast changeovers.
