NOVACEL ESTABLISHES SERVICE CENTERS IN NORTH AMERICA

When the French company Novacel acquired the surface protection division of the American group Ivex in 2000, the business took on the name of Ivex Novacel. On May 1, 2004, the company became Novacel Inc., the North American subsidiary of Novacel. The company makes up an important part of the global group creating, manufacturing and marketing Novacel surface protection films. In order to increase customer support and service, and based on the success of Novacel in Europe and Asia, Novacel Inc. recently set up a network of service centers in North America. These locations provide customer service on the local level. By the end of the summer, there will be three service centers up and running: Bellwood, IL (Midwest region); Palmer, MA (East region); and Dallas, TX (South region). Novacel is currently seeking business contacts in both the U.S. and Canada.
