Novamelt-Jowat LLC Announces New Management Team

The three will be responsible for the North American market.

Novamelt-Jowat LLC announced its new management team, responsible for the North American market.

Jim Auber has been named general manager – Novamelt-Jowat LLC.  Auber has 19 years of adhesive application and web converting industry experience, most recently as North American Marketing manager at Bekaert Corp.  He has an master’s degree in international business from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, and a bachelor’s degree in economics and German from Clark University.

Carla Hartman was named Sales and Market Development. She most recently served as the North American Sales and Market Development manager.  Hartman has master’s degree from the University of Richmond and a bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary.

Barbora Lanova will fill the role of R&D/Application Service manager. Lanova joined Novamelt-Jowat LLC in January after two years with Novamelt GmbH in Germany. She has a master’s degree in physical chemistry from the University of Bonn in Germany and a master’s degree in chemistry from the Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic.
