Carla Hartman was named Sales and Market Development. She most recently served as the North American Sales and Market Development manager. Hartman has master’s degree from theUniversity of Richmond

Barbora Lanova will fill the role of R&D/Application Service manager. Lanova joined Novamelt-Jowat LLC in January after two years with Novamelt GmbH inGermany University
of Bonn in Germany
and a master’s degree in chemistry from the Masaryk
University in Brno , Czech Republic
